Anyone looking to get into a new lease should check out insidecarbuying .com. A friend of mine recommended to me and it saved me about $1000 out of pocket and at least $160 a month on my 535xi. I mentioned my deal the other day if u want to take a look. It seems to be a really solid deal in comparison to some of the others I have been reading. I did the DIY report and did my own negotiating as to oppose to letting him negotiate for me but he def. will get u what he says. I also got my car through a wholesale leaser called empire auto leasing. i showed the deal to bmw of westchester my local dealership and they said it would be a $3400 loss if they did that deal. Probably have alot easier time squeezing the deal out of any wholesale leaser than dealing with the dealer straight. i have NOTHING TO DO with the website or empire just sharing my deal with the board and hope to save some people from getting HAMMERED on there deals lol. LMK what you guys think if you look into it.

Sport auto with paddles.

sales price 68k. 10k/36. I don't have the MF info with me. Residual is 63%

You guys that jumped on deals in the last couple months should be happy as the LCI doesn't really appear to be much different, at all. I thought they would change the headlights to run into the grille like on the new 3 series....but they didn't. The change in headlights is very small. You guys did well......

the only significant change is for the 550i with the power bump to 445hp. well worth considering if you are purchasing. Leasing? not so much.

Wait for 2014, if you don't need the car immediately.

What is the msrp and sales price of this car?

my problem is that I am way over my m3 miles and as it stands they can take me out with no penalty, if I wait 3 more months, I may need to put new tires and pay for more miles.

do you think the 2014 550 will be more expensive?

I have the same car except I also have sport auto trans and my monthly is 715 with msds and all fees included for 10k miles per year. If I wanted 15k miles it would have been an extra $40.

when you say 0 down...are you referring to down payment or sign and drive?

With only inceptions at signing (bank, dmv, first month) you should be at $749 a month. (add $50 a month for sign and drive)

If you do MSD, $699 is a fair price. (add $50 for sign and drive)

Invoice on that car is about $70,721. they should be able to go lower on the selling price, add the rebates after the selling price.

he's crying saying that it's $1000 over invoice and then they wanted to jack up the money factor

72045 sals price
minus rebates

789 a mo with tax, plus the last 3 months paid on my m3 and black grills, carbon caps and tints thrown in the deal dealer installed.

good? or push... maybe different out here then by you, less volume who knows

So after the rebates ( $1500 lease credit, $750 loyalty, $500 turn in key) you are at $69,295, I would go for it. Keep in mind they are not paying your last 3 months of the M3 (it's pull ahead) but you should strike a deal with them where you do not get charged for any damages or over mileage when the M3 goes back.
My opinion? Go for it!

I think BMW might be more likely to overlook certain things on the lease turn-in if you lease another. I remember when I turned in my M6 back in December 2010 and got a new 750li that they had to replace the rear bumper on the M6 and only charged me like $300 for it. I also had the stock rims powdercoated black and I had been under the impression that I would probably be charged for that, too, but never was......
