Rear diffuser that works with Comfort Access with no modification?

Title says it all... is there currently any rear diffuser that would work with the stock Comfort Access setup for the trunk? I've seen DIY's for the M5 diffuser and replacing/moving things around to get Comfort Access working, curious to see if there is anything else out there that's "plug and play".

How about the stock carrier that goes with the M5 diffuser? I believe its p/n 51128053584
