DAB reception disrupted by stuff in 12V sockets

I am trying to find the DAB antenna cable to try and put a ferrite core on it and see if that helps with my DAB reception woes... I have a 2015 F10.

Can anyone please tell me where to find it ?

Also any other tricks to improve reception ? seems like whatever i connect to the accessory 12 sockets stops DAB. with nothing connected to the 12v sockets DAB is fine ...

My phone is permanently plugged into the ash tray outlet but doesn't seem to cause any problems with DAB. I have read of problems when dash cam wiring has been run front to back just under the headlining, so maybe F10 DAB is a bit over sensitive.

If your plugging in a cheap USB charger into the socket, this will be your problem. The noise (REIN) given off by them kills the signal.

It isn't a cheap one it's one I got from apple... But it's not only phone chargers, anything like dvd players dash cams, Wifi hot spots...
