Front indicated lamp change

So on the LCI F10, with the xenon headlights the indicator is a halogen bulb. so a big orange fried egg. Not good so needed to change.

A bit tricky, so as I was painting the Calipers and the wheel was getting removed I thought I would do it at this time.

So first remove the wheel and then you need a cross head screw driver to remove two screws from the access flap.

Then just get your hand in and twist out the lamp holder.

I used a silver coated Philips replacement.
Subtle difference but looks so much better.

The instructions are available in your owner manual

I did the same just yesterday but switch to LED, and after looking at your pics, I glad that I switch to LED instead of chrome bulb as somehow, I still see slight orange tint from the reflector.
