So on the LCI F10, with the xenon headlights the indicator is a halogen bulb. so a big orange fried egg. Not good so needed to change.
A bit tricky, so as I was painting the Calipers and the wheel was getting removed I thought I would do it at this time. So first remove the wheel and then you need a cross head screw driver to remove two screws from the access flap. Then just get your hand in and twist out the lamp holder.

Two screws at the top that's all to release the flap down

I used a silver coated Philips replacement.
Subtle difference but looks so much better. After

The instructions are available in your owner manual
I did the same just yesterday but switch to LED, and after looking at your pics, I glad that I switch to LED instead of chrome bulb as somehow, I still see slight orange tint from the reflector. |
