Another Lerdermanz Steering Wheel Review: Sport with Paddles
Pulled the trigger on the EBAY Ledermanz custom wrapped wheel and I have to say it is the best interior mod I have done for my car. I don't know how I ever lived without a flat bottom wheel. Feels so much more natural turning now.
The wheel is just about as thick as the M-Sport/M5 wheel. The thumb rests and the palm rests are awesome. The craftsmanship on this wheel is amazing. If you didn't know any better one would swear that it is an OEM wheel (technically it is but wrapped, you get the point). My ONLY gripe about this wheel is the leather that is used to wrap. Its kind of dry and hard. It did not have the supple feel of the M-Sport/M5 wheel's leather. I have been using leather conditioner to "soften it up" and so far its been working. All in all Ledermanz provided amazing service. I got my wheel in less than a week from Latvia (he did ship it express because he missed the shipping date that he originally promised me due to a family issue). To sum it up:If you are looking for a wheel BUY THIS ONE. You just can't go wrong. Onto the pics! |

Looks great, how much is a wheel like this cost? U can PM me if u want
I just got my CF steering wheel & love it. It's thicker than OEM, I'm just curious if this wheel would be a cheaper option to CF vs using an OEM wheel & reshape it which was very costly labour wise. |
