It was wrapped in 3M White Satin Pearl and 3M Metallic Gloss Black.

I also added a set of 20" Breyton Race GTS Glossy black. Its hard to catch the pearl satin effect on camera, but I am really satisfied with the result. When it is in the sun it looks pretty amazing.
a 535 in Sweden; how much was the hit compared to say a 520d? Nice ride btw

hehe theres actually a big difference on Denmark and Sweden car wise. Denmark is closer to Norway on prices, but we have 180% car tax here which I believe is more or less a world record (unfortunately).

So... If you look at new models standard prices a 535i costs approx $51.000 more than a 520d. A new base model 535i costs $144.000.

This country is truly a sad place to buy nice cars.

A bit sad when I can more or less look across the water to Sweden - the promissed land car prices wise.

Holy Crap! The conversion of $144,000 Euro is $188,000 Aussie Dollars. I thought we had it bad here by paying $158,000 for a 535i.

Be ready for more up keep with the satin white vinyl. This color stains very easily and normal washing isn't going to clean it off. It slowly yellows over time from dirt. Normal paint cleaners works on it but keep in mind if you do one spot, you now have a area that is more white compared to the rest of the car. I find wiping down the car with some Simple Green cleaner works pretty good and 3M actually recommends this.

Thanks for the tips. I will keep that in mind.

All of a sudden the weather got awesome today so I took a few more pictures. Again - click the pictures for higher resolution versions.

Someone asked about the concavity of the front wheel:

At the harbor of Copenhagen:

Sick wheels. I'm from US and can only find 20x10 which won't work for front. I don't really want to order it from UK though.

Is the rims the gloss black version or matte?

Sounds like alot more maintenance when it comes to wraps! I'm guessing no need for waxes anymore? Can u use like a detailer?

Everyone I talk to say that it isn't really much different from having normal paint on the car and that you can do pretty much the same as was it paint. As it is so new I havnt really had any issues at all. So I guess I will learn more down the road.

hehe, that is pretty much exactly how it feels. I did go over the entire car in the process and cleaned it extensively inside and out. So all the leather got freshened up in the process and the car even smells like a new car.
