Digital TV Reception in the F10?
Long time lurker, first time poster.. and I have a new 2011 535i Deep Sea Blue arriving in 2 days..
Early brochures available in the US made mention of a digital TV reception option which may or may not have been tied to have NAV installed. I've not seen any new news about this.. did BMW AG dump it or not put it into production? Additionally.. any capability to store videos on the car's hard drive, or play from the USB socket? I'm thinking not as the only mentioned supported formats are MP3, AAC and WMA - and also due to a lack of I-drive having any sort of application to play them. You'd think an option to do this would have been easy to program/support, but I don't think its there. I do realize that the single CD player is also capable of playing a single DVD. Thanks Guys. |
