Who did you buy it from ?
91 octane dont move pass C
Get some more octane (93 or adding some e85) so you can increase octane to 93 at least then you can play to D/E.

Got it from Racechip.

Are you running mixed with e85?
I only get 91 octane here in Bay Area. What ratio should I be mixing?

The car has no mods besides this racechip ultimate and an exhaust change.

Racechip-USA or Racehip Germany?

Use this calculator http://www.georgebelton.com/E85Calculator.php
I would start off with 3 gal of e85 + 12 gal of 91 for a e25 (25% blend) go thru the whole tank before filling up more e85. (drive 2-3 tanks like this)

If all good with this round then for your 18 gal tank 5 gal of e85 + 13 gal 91 for e31 (30.8% blend) and drive it like this for a while (4-6)

Since PWG 535 have better stock fuel system that handle e85, you can do up your e85 to e40, slowly.

Just noticed my car is on D and has been running better than C (more smoother) on 91.
