Custom Manifold/Precison Turbo

So i have been getting alot of inquires on turbo manifolds. I know of one guy in Pakistan who actually has a custom manifold on his 535i with a PTE 6262 but he has problems every week due to lack of supporting mods. I was offered the same manifold to be made but without Paypal security on fund so i opted out.

1. Went with DG Autowerks in Florida at first. Spoke to the owner personally, assured me it with be 3 week process to build. Nothing after that. Have to hassle the guy repeatedly and figured that's not my m.o. so he was cancelled before work even started.

2. Docrace has been proving over and over again. If your RWD i will be the best choice. Xdrive the waste gate will hit the subframe

3.Currently dealin with JP Autowerks. Decided to give him a shot, after reading through the bad reviews all across the board. He accepted the initial deposit via Paypal. His communication has been great. Less than 24hr replies on the manifold updates. ETA has been rescheduled 2x though. Yesterday was supposed to be a definitive ship date, but to no avail. So going to update this thread on Jerry come Saturday.

4.If all else fails i have a company that is reputable, no bad reviews, Paypal verified and work is superior out in Sweden that just released a top quality Top Mount manifold. Dont want reveal the name yet pending a potential Group Buy for us.

Isn't the guy in Pakistan running this setup on a hybird 535i? What's his info I'll have someone down there go talk to the guy and verify the build and shipment.

i spoke to the guy who made it. He sent me pictures of the process, looked great. Got down to the payment side of things, he requested some company that doesnt secure the funds if something goes wrong. He was charging me 2300 for the whole kit. The guy with the actual turbo seems to be doing things backwards. Fuel mods woudlve been the first thing i went with before even adding on a turbo, as well as numerous amount of other stuff

If the guy in Pakistan is from Karachi, I can get my brother-in-law to go to him and find out more, or take pictures of his setup.

I am only stage 2+; so not quite at the power levels where I would start worrying about manifolds and such.

so my JP Workz Manifold Has Arrived. Experience with JP was 9 out of 10. Every text he answered back in less than 24hrs. Only 1 problem i had was the extra 2 week wait but he did his best and he shipped out once it was complete.

damn this looks gorgeous. i would just put it on the wall for wall decor! will the factory turbo mount back to this or is the turbo relocated?

Oem turbo is welded to oem manifold. Better off using aftermarket going that far.

I think his question is better worded as "can you use the factory turbo location". Curious on that as well.

this is a top mount manifold. Turbo will sit by the headlight.
