Depends on if you have adaptive drive or not. F10 cars are extremely more complicated to swap out suspension components than previous iterations, so it is more time consuming.

Mine cost $225 on my 550i M with adaptive drive so that's about right -- it took them about 2.5-3 hours. With the adaptive drive, all they have to do is unplug a wire or two from the strut --- no big deal.
