Cross drilled/slotted rotors

I've gone through pages and pages here regarding upgrading stock rotors to cross drilled/slotted rotors and seems like most people will post negative feedback? Like if you're not tracking the car it's not worth it? Stay away from China made rotors when I pretty much thought everything was made in china? I'm looking for the aesthetic side. Cross drilled rotors, aftermarket calipers or even painted calipers compliment the rims/wheel combo. Seems like most of the 535i's I see posted here have aftermarket rotors. So my question is without going with a big brake upgrade any sites or vendor you guys recommend for just a simple rotor upgrade without breaking the bank?

I have bought Zimmermann cross drilled rotors f/r and are really happy with them so far ( after 3000 miles).

You will find them for sale on ebay.

Also highly recommend upgrading to EBC Redstuff ceramic pads!!! Great bite, less noise and allmost NO brake dust!!!
