Besides online does anyone know where to buy Torco fuel additive in Southern California?

Was in a town I normally not in, saw 91oct for 3 bucks a gallon at an Exxon mobile. Thought it was a good deal. Turned out to be bad gas. Car was running like shit. Waited until I got around a half a tank and poured 32oz of Turbo 108 octane booster in it. And I'll be damned, stabilized the fuel and runs as strong as e85.
