535i Rear Diffuser
I've searched around the forums but can't seem to get a clear answer. I see instructions for removing then rear diffuser on a 535 M Sport but what about a non M sport? Is the diffuser one piece with the bumper or can it be removed separately? Almost all the aftermarket diffusers seem to be for M sport models.

I replaced the original non-M sport front and rear bumpers with the OEM M sport versions. Here's a link to the shopping list I posted.

If you look at your rear bumper, you'll see that the non-m-sport bumper doesn't have a diffuser, it is all one piece, and that is the reason why most diffusers you see are for m-sport bumpers. There are a few brands of diffusers which are designed for non-m-sport bumper (Hamann for example); however, in order for you to install them, you will need to ask a shop to trim off the portion of your bumper which looks like a diffuser. You are looking at roughly $300-$400 of labor in addition to purchasing the diffuser. Hope this helps. |

Thanks everyone. I will check out Hamman. Also considering the plasti dip route to see how that looks temporarily.
