Is it possible to use e-sys 'offline' and view all settings without car connected

well as title states.
I've done a very small amount of coding and was wondering if it was possible to get the all of the settings that your car is configured with and view them whilst not being connected to the car. So you can have a good look round without having to be connected to your car and potentially running down your battery.
not found any docs to suggest its even possible

anyone know if its possible?

Absolutely possible. I've attached the basic instructions to do what you want. Ignore the first section about moving your .NCD files, it's not necessary anymore.
