Haha. Welcome to the club.

I see you live in Norway. My family is originally from Norway. I should say my grandparents. We are very much a Norwegian family here in the U.S.

Nice. Did you guys keep the language too?

There is a reality show on tv here about Americans with US heritage coming here to experience Norway, and one person has to leave every episode.
Search for "alt for Norge" or "the great Norway adventure" on YouTube, should make you laugh.

Another one, nice.

Just did a search, and apparently there is about 4,6 million Norwegan-Americans in the US. 1,5% of the US population, so it makes sense there are a few on this board.

Couldn't agree more!! I think this guy preconceived notion is that the ONLY reason one buys a car is for A-B transportation. Other than the Genesis ( a used Hyundai? Think not!!) the others are FWD appliances. I know I have never purchased a car based on economics; other than how many years/miles I can get out of it! One reason I'm in the 535i is my requirement for RWD and a right-way facing engine.

Yeah, there are a few dishes that are remnants of an age long gone.
most people don't eat them, but for some reason we always try to make foreigners eat them.
Guess it gives us some sort of identity.
lutefisk, haven't had that in close to 30 years, and there are some special dishes I have never tried.
Really not much left of typical Norwegian cuisine in everyday life, we are very international, Italian, Mexican and Asian have had a huge influence in the past 20-30 years. Things like taco Friday and Saturday pizza is very common these days.

Sorry for bringing this thread so far off topic

They want you to take all that money you have left over and invest it into the stock market, so that world class crooks like Soros can manipulate the stock market and take your hard earned money. No thank you. If money is going to be wasted, I want to be one doing it, not some crook in suit and tie.

There would be a lot more value to this if they posted a $ value of car you should buy for every income level, however, this is so whacked
