jb4 question please...

hi guys im a litlle confused about these 2 separate parts.....so right now i got on my car 2014 550 xi the jb stage1 and i just ordered the jb4
am i going to remove stage 1 and install jb4 or jb4 can be installed while leaving in place jb stage 1 sensors?? can somebody clarify this for me please ,thank you

completely remove JB1.
