Hi all,

Trying to figure out if my vehicle has the latest software.

In settings I’m seeing it’s running the versions shown in the picture attached.

I went to the following website: https://www.bmw.com/en/footer/software-updates.html

Entered my VIN and it states: Software Update found: UPD01008

I’m confused, though, as the PDF instructions attached are not clear on what the software updates to.

Anyone have a better sense of what the PDF means? Is what it’s saying means that MX-3.5.4 and TX-3.5.8 are the latest versions?

I don’t know why I’m having difficulty understanding what the instructions state. :|

I tried installing that update in my 2014 535i and it won't install. After investigating it seems that update is actually old, even though the site claims otherwise.
