Angel lights question

I have few f10s with strobing, flashing angel lights, but I can't make mine do the same.
Do you guys have an idea how to get them do this?

Leds flicker , but its so fast the human eye doesn't pick up on it. Video cameras might though with a fast shutter speed and hence you might see that.

You will notice the same with LED taillights in some videos
