I think one of the factors affecting your premiums of how much car insurance payment you should be paying for a car insurance would be the brand of the car that is your daily driver.

I agree, but they are both daily drivers (we both drive our cars to and from work - which increases the premium).

So that's the reason. It is maybe one of the benefits of riding a branded car model these days. You may still opt to look around and find a better company and affordable rate.

But £300 annual (was £275 on my 335d Touring M-Sport with wheels and map). Me and the wife, fully comprehensive. MY14 530d M-Sport Touring.

I'm not sure what that means. In any event, we have public insurance where I live so private insurance shopping isn't an option
