Bluetooth Streaming (again)

Evening All,

For all us paupers without Pro Media :-(

Has anyone tried one of these from Amazon:

http://www.amazon.co.uk/LAYEN®-Bluet...C7QACV0RMPXZMD

Not a make I've ever heard of, reviews seem generally quite good.

Thanks m@rk.

I did read your thread and have had my eye on the solution you linked to, but at just under £60 I really wanted to make sure I would use it before committing.

The item you linked to is no longer available from Amazon, and I found the item linked to above in searching for it. It connects to the aux socket rather than USB.

I suppose the big difference here (and the reason I was prepared to spend the money) was that I can still skip tracks etc using the controls on the car where as, that one means you need to reach for your phone handset to do that.

If that solution works for you then there are plenty of Bluetooth to AUX devices on Amazon and to be fair, the quality of most of them is very good

Thanks again M@ark.

On the device you have, what level of control have you got? Is it just skipping tracks or can you access artists / albums etc from the car controls, like you can with a USB stick?

Sorry for all the questions, really appreciate you taking the time to respond.

It is limited to forwards and backwards in apps like Spotify (which is what I use)

I believe that in iTunes you have the same level of control as if you were connected with the cable but as I don't use iTunes I cannot test this for you
