OEM LED fog lights into M5 Aftermarket bumper.

Hello
bought a M5 replica bumper off ebay since Im rebuilding a front end. It came with brackets for fog lights. except the car came with LED fogs and they do not fit those brackets.

Seller did not disclose LED fog lights do not fit that bumper.

Technically M5s do not have fog lights to begin with. So Im not sure where to go from here.

The LED brackets for non m bumper are shaped differently, and so are the brackets for M5 bumper.

Any ideas?

Edit: Well this might end up becoming a DIY since Im not about to give up LED fog lights. Unless there is already an answer out there that I'm not aware of. The M5 bumper is a common mod for front end crash F10's so they must have found a way to figure it out.

Ended up buying 90mm morimoto led fog lights from the retrofit source since the opening in the bumper is 88.9mm (3.5 inches)

Hilarity ensues.

Ill have the chinese oem replica led fog lights for sale.

Perfect! All you need to do are brackets. DIY???

Would love to see pics when done.

Yup! I will be heavily modifying the brackets that came with the bumper. without which this would be pretty difficult.

The morimoto 90mm are a good fit for the opening, if we can ignore the fact that:

1. the bumper opening is somewhat oval and the morimotos are a perfect circle.
2. bumper opening is designed to hold a fog light at an angle towards the center of the road. Fiting the morimotos which are meant to be mounted square means they will aim towards the side of the road. Might be able to correct that

They do look pretty sick mounted there!
