The CORPORATE red light camera operators want that front plate there for their ticketing system and that's why it's enforced now and forever on. Good luck!

I haven't had my front license plate on for years with no problems. Then last month I took road trip to San Francisco I got a ticket from parking enforcement for $105.

SFO always enforce it straightly! Only way to escape, DON'T GO or put the front plate on with double-side tape, LOL!

if you look around, I found a thread (i forgot on which forum) where the owner put a big magnet behind the front bumper and attached another one to the plate. Every time he parks, he simply places the plate onto the magnet and then removes it once he departs.

pretty cool!

What a lot of messing around though, all that just to make the car look a bit better on the front?

This is a cool design. It can be mounted without drilling holes in the front of the bumper.

i have 3 no front license plate tickets to pay... all from the past month; at least they're only $25 in LA
i used to be able to contest the ticket, take a photo of the front of my car with the plate attached and send in as proof to get it reduced to $10, but this no longer seems viable
