BMW F10 Heated Steering code?

Hey, I own a 2016 528i and my car came with every single package except the cold-weather package. so I already purchased a heated steering wheel and got it installed and everything. I had the lane departure system cable in the steering so I just used that to power the heated steering. Now I am confused on how I code it for the heated steering button to work. I heard that you can just code the lane departure system but never coded so not sure how to do it.

I'd be interested to know how you went about this. Is this just as simple as buying the button and the steering wheel then coding it to function? Or does it involve splicing a few things into the harness?

For reference I have a 535I with sport and premium 1 & 2 but no driver assist so I don't have lane departure.

Hi, i have 2013 bmw 535i when i connect my phone wuth bluetooth it connects but its not scrolling the songs who knows how to improve it.
