Problem with 8hp70 gearbox on 550i f10

Hello,
I'm french, and I have the some problem with my 550i automatic.

A hard shifting and resist driving in reverse in the mornings on start up.

I wanted to know if you found the solution because I can't.
There is no error code and my reverse gear is cold braked and give big jerks un 1, 3 and 5 gear . When it's hot it works flawlessly.

The gearbox has been restored.
The converter is new.
The mechatronic is new.
When it has worked for 5 minutes and is hot it works perfectly.
I am lost it has been at the mechanic for 10 months.
please help me

Have you tried the Adaptive Auto Transmission Reset? It isn't recommended for most people, but this sounds exactly like a situation that might need it.

If you google "Transmission Adaptation reset and why you should do it" there's a post on a very FESTive form that goes into more detail. There's also videos on it.

You can either follow the exact procedure (its LONG, but strongly recommended) or just "drive like a grandma", which some forum users suggest.

Thank you for your answer, but I have already reset the transmisson several times with Ista D and that does not work, I still have these very specific symptoms. The car moves forward a little in position N, like in D at idle if you don't brake!
A forum member suggested I replace the throttle bodies as it worked for him but I don't have more info.

Hello and thank you very much for your reply.
The gearbox oil change procedure was carried out according to best practices, with the engine running and at the correct temperature.
The mechatronics has the correct reference and is new.
On the other hand with ISTA D I checked the gearbox and when the selector is on N, the gear engaged in the gearbox is 1 and when the selector is on P, the gear engaged in the gearbox is 6. Think do you think this is normal.
