Any belgian plate currently starts with 1. Special plates start with 8 (NATO) or 9 (EC) or CD.

I wish I could replace my aging 530xiT with this F11 Touring! Its so beautiful, I hope BMW decides to bring the 5 series touring back to the states. I absolutely love mine.
