I was fueling up my 520d today and when I got back in my car and closed the door my car made a strange short 'melody'. I opened and closed my door several times and it made the strange melody again. When I came home and closed my door the melody was there once more. I recorded the sound with my phone, it starts in 0:04 of the youtube video I'm posting below:

Somebody knows what this is ? No error messages are displayed.

Okay, the vehicle (on some versions) remains in radio ready state after shutting off the motor.

Next, opening the driver's door transitions the radio ready state to off. Could it be that the melodic sound you're hearing stems from a blue tooth device losing its connection upon your opening the driver's door? So, the sound may be coming from the internal speakers as a result of your b/t connection having been shut down.
