I would think the offsets would be a bigger problem.

That really depends on if you're getting them off a Audi driver or a "dubber" they like to run their wheels in very different styles.

What are the offsets of the wheels?

OP, Why would you even consider buying an off set when there's members here selling a perfect fitment for your F10?

BMW bolt pattern: 5x120 CB 72.6
Audi bolt pattern: 5x112 CB 68

Ok, how do you actually plan on bolting a 5x112 wheel with center bore of 68 to a 5x120 bolt pattern with a center bore of 72.6?

Not gonna work. Unless you utilize adapters, but these adapters are typically at least 20-25mm thick...

Just buy a set meant for BMW spec from the get go...
