Window Roll Up Possible By Remote?
I know that it is possible for the windows to roll down via remote, but is it possible to have them roll up as well?

Everything is possible with the right SW override. Window rollup, trunk close, side mirror fold through remote. And you can even have things programmed like when you switch to circulation mode, all windows and sunroof closes. The folks have done this on E60, and it is just a matter of time to get these hacks released on F10...
But to answer the question you have, no not currently in the US.

Hong Kong model can roll up windows and close moon roof by holding on the lock button of the remote.

I think someone had mentioned that this is no longer a feature of US Cars due to liability concerns. (Or maybe the fact that someone sued BMW on this in the past.) This feature has been around a long time and by evidence of messages above, is on other new cars around the world.

John Edwards, aside from being a despicable human being, did actually do some good as an ambulance chaser. The advantage of lawyers like him who are willing to take on product liability cases is that some of those lawsuits do actually end up protecting other people and end up making companies more careful when designing and marketing consumer products.
I agree that many class action lawsuits are frivolous machinations designed to make the lawyer rich, but they do have some societal benefit. We may have gone slightly OT... Anyone stupid enough to stick their head in a closing window or sunroof is best removed from the gene pool, but I understand BMWs desire to stay out of courtrooms as much as possible.
