Talking 11' GT535i on 22's H&R Suspension

LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU THINK, TO ME IT LOOKS SICK, JUST HOW I LIKE IT, BUT WOULD LOVE TO KNOW OTHER THOUGHTS.

Umm... well I like the lowered look, have the same springs on my GT. Not a big fan of chrome or 22"s, but it's your car and whatever you like to mod on it you should. It may not my choice of mods, but it is very unique I can say.

I bet at least a couple of people have stared at your ride. I know I've gotten a ton of stares at the GT lol

P.S. We got matching red calipers! LOL are they painted or MGP covers?

22" rims are for those who don't drive their vehicle, or have deep pockets to replace bubbled tires or cracked rims...IMHO. Plus, the ride, except on billiard table smooth roads is likely to be nasty. Nice eye candy, though!

There's a reason why BMW puts 18" tires/wheels on the vehicle and warns anything larger is at a higher risk of failure. But, assuming you must have larger wheels to feel good and think it looks great, anything smaller than that 22" ups your chances of driving without ruining a tire or a wheel. All it will take is one pothole to ruin your day (and maybe your pocketbook) when you go large. Insurance, if you can get it, may be a worthwhile investment.

I just confirm the wheels dealer to order 21". I'll post the driving experience later...need 2 months for the manufacturing and shipping.

TBH kent get 20's, they look the best are are your safest bet. They give the driving experience with the risk of easy bending or cracking.

DINAN, I'll take 20" for sure if I see your car photos before I confirm the wheels dealer. But now...don't wanna change again. I'd changed from 22" to 21" yesterday morning.

I'd searched and posted another 5GT in Hong Kong which install 20" and I found that totally different between yours and that one...

maybe you've installed the lowering spring...looking good!!!!

Now, I go for 245/35R21F and 285/30R21R. The tire thickness is over 85mm. I expect this match my driving behaviour
