Xenon headlights retrofit install?

Hi I'm Italian and I know how I can mount the xenon headlights on my 520d which is with halogen headlamps

Doesn't it come with the OEM Xenon light already???

Not all cars have Xenons. Some have Halogens depending on market and model.

according to EU law, you need
1) a new bumper with teh washing stuff for the headlamps
2) sensors that automatically regulate the xenon light..

a very very expensive adventure - i would not do it..

Had to purchase xenon for mine. I think it's an extra $900.
