F10 LCI Steering wheel

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
USD 750.00

Or Best Offer

Location:
✓ Will Ship

Item Interest
Bought this from a forum member awhile back. I have since added the trims and steering wheel buttons. All it need is an airbag. The steering wheels is in great shape, not shiney but with OEM sheen and no scratches on the leather. The steering wheels is heated.

Reason for selling: I was planning to upgrade my pre-LCI F10 535. that 535i has now been sold and Im getting a LCI M5 so I will have no need for this (maybe as a spare).

Looking to get $750 + Shipping

Here is a cheap airbag to could go with this steering wheel.. you'll have to validate prior to purchasing it though.

That is a Euro single stage airbag and it will need re-coding. It's also Takata.

The wiring harness that connects the Airbag to the wheel is missing and when I did my retrofit using LCI Steering Wheel I learned that this harness is only sold with the Airbag assembly and can't be purchased separately. Watch out and check everything before making the purchase.

Thanks for the heads up. I'm not aware of this.

This is the part number for the steering wheel itself 32307846034.

Realoem shows the part number for the airbag is 32307845796. I updated the link for the airbag that reflects this part.

Pretty sure you can't code a single-stage airbag into a US-spec car...

I have all 4 button functionality on the left side on my 2014 LCI 550i, will those M1 and M2 button work for the functions on my steering wheel?

I searched that part number, the air bag is about a grand. Is this correct?

I would buy this if any one want to buy my lci steering wheel. I have a 2013 i changed to an lci. No airbag, no m1 or m2 button, no paddles but less than this. I want the heat function since my previous wheel had it.

Word of advice. Your existing Air Bag won't work with Steering Wheel for sale. They do have different part numbers from BMW Database. I have done the swap on my 2013 from regular (non-sport) heated wheel to LCI M5/M6 one (identical to the one for sale) and did a great deal of research.

How so? Care to share that info? What airbag is required for the one that I have for sale? Is the airbag part number listed accurate?

Please dont spread any misinformation... I would check your facts again. I just looked at realoem.com and validated they are the same airbag part number. not sure where you got your information from...

In fact even the part number for the steering wheel is the same with the LCI 5 series and LCI M5.

Here is a LCI 5 series steering wheels and airbag. Item#10.

Please check the last digit of both part numbers. They look identical but there is a difference. Thus, part number reflects it.

No Problem. Glad to be of help.
I BTW retrofitted mine using M6 LCI wheel, the exact one you have for sale and love it. The M1/M2 buttons are not functional but I don't care too much about it.
