Heated thigh support not working

I have comfort seats fitted to the car, and have noticed the thigh support is not heating in the drivers side, I’ve swapped it with the passenger side and it’s still not heating, though it works fine on the passenger side, so the support is fine.

So I assume it’s to do with the wiring, would a garage be able to repair this, or would I need a replacement, if so any idea of what part I’m looking at?

I've got the same issue, how hard was it to swap with the passenger side?
