Twitching dashboard lights

Hi.
Has anyone seen this kind of issue on the dash? Left side illumination is twitching sometimes and few times disappears all together. Happens only to the red light, white daytime is just fine.
Probably some connection went bad. How to fix this?

Could it be temperature related?

Well, If you say so, might be. Usually it is ok at the cold start and then at some point later it starts blinking.
