Does anyone know what the adaptation values should be on a N57 100k mile 535d? I’ve had some issues with gear changes.

I recently flashed XHP software on my gearbox and it seemed to ease the jerking I was having, it has recently gone back to how it was before the flash after a week?

I’ve checked the adaptations and although I don’t know much about it the numbers seem mismatched?

Can anyone help!
