My F10 one day decided that it will not blow cold air at start up but as soon as I give it a little throttle once it blows cold air again. What can be the reason for that?

Keep in mind that few months back I requested my workshop to replace the ac gas and add up compressor oil into the ac system. It was working perfectly ever since but now it does this.

I tried searching but I cant seem to find a thread with the exact scenario as me where it needs just one blip of throttle for the ac to work perfectly again.
