Reason for Sale: I just leased a new 530i (never buying again after seeing how much I'm losing on this 535iX).
Therefore, my (enormous) loss is your gain. Whoever buys this, will be getting a car that was kept in showroom condition.

Details: 2011 535iX Black Sapphire Metallic. This car has 82,000 highway miles. It has always been parked in the garage, hand washed, (detailed every 4 months). As you can see it has the OEM M-Sport Wheels with Michelin Super Sports (these are the same exact tires that came on my M5), and OEM M-Sport Bumper. This is an X-Drive meaning: it is ALL WHEEL DRIVE (super safe in rain, and snow, and amazing handling). This F10 includes GPS with Real-Time Traffic, Heads Up Display (HUD), the optional Black Nappa Leather ($4,000 option), back up camera, PDC, active ventilated seats with massager (front seats only), heated seats (front and rear), and every option imaginable. MSRP was $77,000.

Valentine One (not included but we can work something out) custom installed and discretely mounted above the rear-view mirror (see in photo). OEM BMW iPhone adapter (with Apps) is installed in the center armrest (when connected, it will charge your iPhone and it connects your iPhone directly to the radio as the external music source, additionally it uses the car's rooftop "shark fin" antenna for greater cell phone reception, I paid $395 for this cradle).

Options: Premium Package, Premium Package 2, Sport Package, Cold Weather Package, Active ventilated seat package (heated and cooled seats), Premium HiFi Stereo (Harman Kardon) with Sirius XM Satellite, Xenon headlights, XM Satellite radio, rear shades, moonroof, Anthracite Wood Trim, 2 remote key FOBs, keyless start, M5 kidney grills (all black, OEM).

I have all the service records as well. Serviced at Nick Alexander BMW.

ALSO: Includes: TWO sets of floor mats: The original standard floor mats (carpet) and the heavy-duty, all weather floor mats (for winter/rainy season).

CLEAN TITLE. I prefer to sell the car to someone on the West Coast and someone who appreciates well-kept cars.
