Drivers side headlight condensation..
Hello all , my f10 2014 has the adaptive LEDs and I was blessed with condensation in the headlight and got all the warnings that came with it… what should I do to fix this? I live in NJ and am willing to travel to NY/PA etc if need be to get the TMS Module replaced and headlights resealed. A brand new light is outrageously expensive so I would prefer a used unit and then have the reseal procedure done. I had condensation in the headlight since I bought it but always went away, however the weather got wacky here plus I took it to an auto wash and drove through a pothole with a puddle that splashed water up on my drivers side headlight. Any help would be appreciated

Unfortunately I think you are out of luck in this case. Since the headlight assembly is one piece hermetically sealed, once you can condensation inside I think you will forever have it there and would need to get it replaced. Sealing it again would just seal the moisture in unless you have a process to suck the humidity out before resealing. Good luck and let us know if you are able to fix it without replacement.

Remove the lamp module top cover will let the moisture dry out. Now I open a small hole on the top cover. Would like to see if the condensation comes back.
