M5 Exhaust on 550i - Resonator Removal?

Was curious which resonator people removed on the 550i exhaust the two first round cans (B in pic) or the square one closer to the rear (A in pic). Not looking for super loud and hate drone.

Thanks!

isnt the first two round cans (B) the secondary cats?

you would want to remove the section (A) and put in a straight X pipe

Agreed...remove section A and add an x-pipe. I currently have it on my 550 and it sounds great!

Btw..the shop will have to custom fabricate the x-pipe as the M5 muffler piping is 3" while the stock 550 piping is 2.75"

The first two closest to the downpipes are twin resonators, the box looking this is known as the factory H Pipe.
