Soft close door actuator wiring connector
Hey Everyone,
HELP! My driver's door wouldn't open due to the actuator failing. I replaced it (ordered actuator and found out i need the soft close actuator/motor unit) but when removing the wiring connector (7 pin) it broke and the 7 wires came out. I reglued it together but have no idea what the order was- anyone have a pick of the 7 wires in the connector or a diagram? Thanks! |

Here is what I found, and if the wire colors do not match, reach out....I'll dig a little deeper:
On Connector S40*1B: Pin 1: ? Pin 2: Violet/Blue, assigned to signal TK_FA Pin 3: Brown, assigned to chassis ground Pin 4: White/Yellow, assigned to signal SNU2 Pin 5: White/Blue, assigned to signal SNU1 Pin 6: Violet, assigned to signal MVR_FA Pin 7: Orange, assigned to signal MER_FA Pin 8: Black, assigned to signal MZS_FA Connector view below: Last edited by M_Bimmer; 05-19-2024 at 08:31 PM.. |
