Lease a 2015

Hey Team...

Im currently have my 2012 F10 up for sale. I realized since I do not like owning cars out of warranty. Im thinking of leasing a 2015 F10, but I have never done a lease in my life.

Heres the thing... Im wondering how much of a discount the dealers are giving to blow out 2015's to make room for 2016s. The car im looking at has an MSRP of $60,160. What would be a good targetprice for this car to negotiate for a lease?

A month ago I negotiated $2,500 down (including all fees) + $580/month (including 7% sales tax in FL) w/ 7x MSD on a $62k '15 F10 for 3 yrs / 10k per year. I felt that was a good value after negotiating with three dealers. You may do better now with more '16s on the lot.

So you paid 60k out the door?

So before fees your offer was about 55k?

If you are someone who drives 10k to 12k miles a year, a lease is a good option. I'm not sure if I would put any investment or efforts into any mods though as you would have to return the car to the condition in which you receive end itbeofre returning it.

Depends on what those mods are. I just leased a '15 M Sport F10 and added a rear spoiler, CF side markers and painted reflectors, non of which I'm going to bother to remove when I take it back. Now if you lower the car or add a different exhaust, that's a different story.

Bmwusa is offering a 3 yr lease deal for 579/mo with 5k down including tax, first month payment and 2500 down. Looks to be a good deal to me.
