I don't know for sure what your problem is but I've tried listening multiple times.

I noticed the idle goes down (at I'm guessing normal idle RPM, coming down from its "cold start" RPM) at the same time this sound appears.

Thus I feel like this is more of a valve closing or opening that's making this sound, maybe it's on its way out or maybe it needs lubrication it doesn't have, I'm not sure.

If it is a valve, I don't know your engine but it might be a secondary air pump, a idle valve or something

I noticed your foot is on brake pedal when starting the car. Will it do it if foot off the pedal? I am thinking brake booster or some kind of vacuum valve.
