528i xdrive on CKS Coilovers

Hey everyone, I just wanted to share my experience with these coilovers on our 528i xdrive. When we decided on the xdrive, I didn't realize how limited our options for coilovers was going to be. After doing some research on the forums, I decided to go with CKS and couldn't be more happy that I did. John was extremely helpful with fitment and actually hand delivered parts when we discovered an issue with shock body length. The materials, adjustability, and ride quality are top notch and on par with anything from KW, Bilstein, Eibach, etc.

Specs:
Wheels- Velgen VMB6 20x9F 20x10.5R
Tires- Hankook Ventus V12 245/35 285/30
offsets: +15 front, +35 rear

What was the issue that you had relating to the shock body?
How was it resolved?

I have CKS as well and love it. John is great to work with, real nice guy.

What dampening settings are you running in the front?

CKS builds to order and after we installed them we noticed that at the ride height I wanted, there wasn't enough thread left in the lower fork. This was because they were using the specs from the last set they built for a customer that wanted to go extra low. I contacted John and he rectified the issue by hand delivering longer bodied shocks literally days later!

I'm running them on the medium settings all the way around. I think I want to try one click harder in the rear but haven't done it yet.
