Cool--we have somebody with aluminum interior trim. How does the aluminum look with the lower band of metal on the trim pieces? It has been suggested here that the two metals mixed together might look odd.

It looks really good, but if I could re spec mine I would go with shiny black instead as with white outside and black leather, black high gloss trim would of been perfect. But im well happy with it, about to go out again in it and pick up some friends for dinner...Get to see how good the lights are at night!

Wow, fabulous looking car!! Do you have the standard suspension or the dynamic handling package? How does it ride over the bumps and handles the curves?

Congratulations Looks fabulous.

I guess the inevitable question would be how the ride is on standard suspension with 19" wheels?

Thanks, I have the Dynamic package, and im amased at the difference, in normal mode its so smooth, but wallows in the corners, but once sport is selected the whole just changes! tighter in the corners, and im surprised that even over the bumps it still soaks it up and doesnt crash around which I thought it would. Done 150 miles now, cant seem to get out of the car, 150 miles might not sound alot but I only have a 10 miles comute to work!

Thank you, these are the wheels as an option on the dynamic pack, they are the 19" V-spoke style 331 alloy wheels

Gratz for your new car.
I ordered a 520D Sophisto grey with the same interior as yours (black leather - aluminium trim).
As I've not yet been able to see it for real yet, I'm curious about how you feel about it (in particular the aluminum trim) ?

Also, curious whether you opted for the Seal & protect option.

Sophisto Grey is very nice! seen one the other day. Aluminium trim is very nice, if I was ordering again with white outside and black inside I would go for high gloss black trim, but the silver is just as good. Will look good in yours for sure.

Man, this is fabulous. I am happy for you. Congrats. I think you made the wisest choice on color. I never thought that White will look this pretty on this body. Isn't it weird how some body styles certain colors don't look good on. Well, you enjoy it.

However, just like with all other 1,3, and 5 series it needs M-pack. Too bad the m-pack has not been released yet..
