What spacers should i get put push out the stock staggered 351m wheels to be flush?

Yup; thats what I got currently on. It only has been a few days but they wont settle much more.

Query.....

Will the spacers put extra strain on the wheel bearings, or other suspension parts causing them to wear prematurely?

Short answer yes but all depends. Putting 15mm isn't to bad. The problem is when people put on 1 or 2 inch spacers and then go track their cars.

If you push the wheels out count on getting rock damage on the sides of the car from stones being thrown up from the tires.

Only if the tire sticks out past the fender (which imo looks soo bad on cars). And if you are worried about it, some members have got mud flaps on their cars.
