What do you guys reckon of the following combination:
Exterior: Havana with 19 inches V Spokes 331 alloy wheels + Interior: Venetian beige Dakota leather and dark ash wood interior trim = Nice? Hideous? Meh??? |

Looks very nice, , also using light ashwood should be a good choice, I wanted to go initially for this combination, but thought that venetian beige will get dirty very quickly, and so it was a nono |

Last saturday i've seen the new 5 Series i Havanna and I must say in rain it look a bit, well to say it in a nice way boring. But when it's sunny, then it's one of the niced colours.

The car without doubt looks excellent in any colour, and to be honest you cannot go wrong on a new car,
but what will be the re-sale value 3-4 years later ?, will this colour affect its resale value,? According to the Which consumer report , traditional metallic colours as metallic blacks silvers and greys will add £ 75 to its value when it comes to resell the vehicle, but non-metallic and brownish metallic colours will loose £ 930 from its value. |

I've noticed you have an F10 without Xenon and I was wondering how the daytime running lights look when they're switched on.
Is it the same white LED light you get with the Xenon headlamps or more yellow like the older BMWs (heard this somewhere on a german car forum but not sure if this is true)? |

I think it very much depends on the country you live in. I dont think this colour would suit the UK. It makes the car look like a giant cigar to me. However, in the US, or even in some Northern Europe countries, it would look really classy.
Definitely the Oyster interior with it. Definetely NOT cinnamon. Sisco From Florida. |

These are some great pics...
Life is full of irony. When I was debating purchasing the F10 (my first new car in my life), havana was the only colour shown in the showroom and I swore to myself to run from this colour as it looked horrible (indoors). After being dead-locked (with my wife), unable to make a colour decision (countless trips to the dealer and strolls around their parking lot debating the colours) - we were not convinced to any colour - then we encounter a sleek looking Z4 in an amazing colour - havana.... We both loved it from the first sight!!! After hours and hours of staring at all the other colours! This was the only colour that was shown inside but NOT outside. While inside, it looked ugly - outside, it looked stunning... Next thing we know we are signing papers with havana one them... Motto: never say never... LOL These are the first pics of havana outside that I've seen, some look awesome, some not so great (those in bright sunlight are stunningly beautiful). So is the youtube vid. It's all about the lighting conditions at a particular moment. We are about the get ours in a few days time (I hope) so we'll post the first true reactions. It's havana/oyster combo, by the way. Here is my color comparison youtube vid showing Z4 in havana standing right next to a space gray 3-series and dark graphite 7-series (past the black X6). Once I saw this bunch in such configuration, havana was an undisputed winner.
