Lease help..newbie to leasing

Hi 5 series community..i sold my e60 a few years back due to expanding family and now would like to get back into a F10

I was not planning on leasing so soon. Not for another 6 months to a year on a 2014 lease

I just seen that BMW offers a $3,000 credit for 2013 models that why im thinking about jumping on it now instead of a 2014 model later down the road with less incentives. I should also get a 1,000 credit for bmw loyalty and 1,000 college graduate incentive. Will be leasing under my wife's name so she can get the loyalty and college grad incentive

Im starting to do my research and reading the forum on leasing since I have no knowledge on leasing. Hoping someone here can help me out

Here is the car im interested in. Almost the same build I would of done to a 2014 model.

I seen members been getting 2013 models for under invoice. So i should be negotiating the msrp down to below invoice and then applying the incentives?

I have no plans on keeping the car after the lease is up. I would like to do 3 years 12k miles a year. I dont mind putting down 5k to make my payments around 500 including tax.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks all

First thing you need to find out is the invoice price on that car, than negotiate the deal lets say at the invoice, then apply all incentives (build in cash $3000 loyalty $1000 grad $1000.00 drive event $1000.00 (if you did one) etc...

Don’t put any money down, instead put 7MSD’s to lower your payment (it will lower your money factor and payment around 50.00 bucks and is refundable after the lease is over)

By my rough calculations and based on 8% sales tax and 7 MSD’s you should be around $690.00 a month including tax.

Here is the link to find invoice. Good Luck!
