Vossen vs Morr

Hello all,

I am shopping for wheels for my summer tires for my soon to be delivered 550ix.
I have narrowed it down to 2 that I like very much. The Vossen CV2 or the Morr VS8.2. I find they look similar from the pictures I've seen, but I'm wondering if one has advantages over the other (price vs quality).

Any insight, or experience would be appreciated. Thanks.

The Morr's are Forged wheels whereas the Vossen's are cast wheels. So as far as quality, the Morr's are much better. Both company's offer excellent quality finishes.

We are located in Montreal and are an authorized Morr dealer. We have a Morr demo in our showroom that I'd be more than happy to show you!

MORR has a group buy going on now so if you're interested you should get in on that. Wheeladdict a vendor on the forum is conducting the sale.

I didn't realize there was a significant price difference. I was going strictly on look. I think I prefer the Morr's.

vs8.2 n cv2 hav no resemblance wutsoever other than bein mesh wheels...

cv2 r heavier cast 1-piece, while vs8.2 r light monoblock forged 1-piece.
i like vossens but they're mainly 4 looks, whereas morrs r performance oriented n sexy look'n.
n in terms of quality, morr wins by a landslide imo.

oh n 1 thing i've noticed is that every f10 owner whose had vossens has replaced them 4 a set of morrs.

MORR FTMFW!!!

Done. I pulled the trigger today and left a deposit at OEMconcept (thanks Anthony). I ordered the Morr VS8.2 in gunmetal. They should be here in 3-5 weeks. Thanks a lot to Andy@Morr who was EXTREMELY patient with all my questions.
