I wonder if its alright to switch around with different oils, i want to , but since its the engine one wonders if keeping it constant once u know what its suppose to be, is best.. since u don't want the parts inside being exposed to diff composition oils.. but this is minor +speculation .. the difference between used and unused oil should be greater than with diff type oils

What kind of warning came up? "Only 0w40 or 5w40 please, I am about to barf, please change me now"

fyi, it has BMW LL01 approval (the one we need), 5w30 means a little thinner at operating temp than a 40, = more power, less protection, but splitting hairs really

grimmy, a question for you. What do you do with the engine oil after the lube. Take it to the gas station?

So after the conversation, you have them replaced your oil with their own Mobil 1? Did they come in tank?
The onboard computer will only complain when one didn't put in enough engine oil I supposed

Brought it back to shop i bought it from, double 8 SSP, they do quick oil changes. You can try to gas stations, maybe tip the Cfu there and ask nicely they should take it as a civic responsibility (i plan to do this next time when i buy from parts shop that isnt also oil change place)

i got this oil can, so lovely didn't want to pour dirty oil in it

I'll be using Pakelo Krypton XT 5W40. Scheduled this afternoon. Yup this one has BMW LL01 approval. We'll see how it goes.

Aside from Kfiend, I think I'm the only one in the Asia forum with a white car. Paint your car white and join the prestigious club

I swear, I still can't see any swirls til now and the black trims/grills give a good contrast to the white color of the car.

Maybe you should get a set of Morr VS8.2 so my car will have a twin You ordered the M-sport bumper too right? WK said so far it's just the 2 of us.

did they tell u around when it would come in.

yes, I wanted to do that, and contemplated getting the 7s....but the inability to get the white i want is causing a problem. I was kinda ok with matte, but after seeing it in person..its like those vinyl covers u use to stick on books.

very nice morr's btw.

WK said 2 months. And from RC3's experience, they sometimes take longer than what they say.

Yup love the Morr's. Definitely worth the wait. Very light and maximum concavity. Neck breaker

Some one here will get his set very soon

Sounds like a good idea. Then go for IPO in a few years. Tremendous growth potential for 2nd hand luxury rims
