which is it? mechanical or electronic wastegate

Hey guys, i have a 2014 BMW 535i MSport. Build date is 08/13. I am trying to figure out if i have a mechanical wastegate or an electronic wastegate , so i can order the JB4. Here are the pics below. I think i see the diaphram so i am assuming it is mechanical....What do you guys see? Electronic or Mechanical ?
