You should dyno before the stage 2 install to see much power the Trebila BEF adds to JB4 FBO.

Waqas, that is awesome! Take as many pics and videos as you can. To my knowledge, there are no DIY videos for turbo upgrade on an F10 535i.

I have added some Pic's of the Install in this album here :

We did not take the engine out of the car, just lowered the steering Rack - Installed the PS2 and DV+ and the Fuel Pump

And did a Oil + Plugs + Coolant Change Total cost of installation = 390$ + Cost of Oil + Plugs and the coolant which totaled out about 200$ so total cost of the Install + Service = 590$

Due To the Very high Temp in my country about (86f) at night and (110f) in the afternoon , We were hitting 22PSI but the IAT's Was killing the timing and causing Knock.
So to solve the Negative Timing issue and the very high IAT's , the next smart move Was to get ( BMS METH KIT ) It has been ordered today , and will be installed with in a week

FYI The HPFP and the Fuel-It Stage 2 LPFP are holding up very well with no issues.

Damn the installation actually look fairly simple if you have a lift at home. Just removed the steering rack and you can get access the turbo and the manifold? I'm jealous of your installation cost this would never be this cheap here in the state.

Haha Yah i know, the labour is cheap here that's why the installation cost is really cheap. $390 for labour of a PS2 install + fuel pump install + oil & plugs Service - is really cheap and great price

Yes lowering the steering rack & right engine mount is all you need to make the full install
The install time was about 8-10 hours.

And Since i was at the workshop - I decided to change the oil and plugs and coolant for about $200

You actually do not need to touch the steering rack, but the right engine mount definitely needs to come out.

That is crazy cheap for a turbo install.

I think they lowered it just to get better access and room to make the install.

great build. I have the meth kit as well. Used all stainless steel lines though. Word of advice. Ditch the BMS FSB. Had too many problems with it. Not to mention JB4 eventually blew my DME and boys car up here in NY. Look into torque byte. Just my opinon.
